In most cases, Scydar subscriptions are non-refundable. That said, we review every refund request and we sometimes help depending on the situation of the request. A refund will apply in the following circumstances:
First, please reach out with specific information about the technical issue. If you encounter a consistently reproducible error with the product files that cannot be resolved, please let us know at hello@scydex.com. Please note that products with alleged technical issues will only be eligible for a refund when sufficient information is provided regarding how the error was created.
If payment has been made and access to the service has not been provided in 7 days, first reach out at hello@scydex.com to ascertain why and if we are unable to provide access to you, your payment will be refunded according to the refund schedule below.
After payment has been made and access has been provided to the information, if the information is incomplete, first reach out to hello@scydex.com to ascertain what the problem is and if we are unable to provide you with the complete information, your payment will be refunded according to the refund schedule below.
We are unable to process refunds in the following situations where:

Full refund to be initiated within 7 days of initial subscription or renewal.
Please note: You are entitled to no refunds after 7 days has lapsed after payment was made.
You are entitled to refunds within 30 days of purchase, after the 30 days has lapsed, you will no longer be entitled to any refunds.

Credit cards: 5–10 business days
PayPal: 3–5 business days
