Refund Policy

In most cases, Scydar subscriptions are non-refundable. That said, we review every refund request and we sometimes help depending on the situation of the request. A refund will apply in the following circumstances:

When Refunds Apply

There is a technical problem with the product

First, please reach out with specific information about the technical issue. If you encounter a consistently reproducible error with the product files that cannot be resolved, please let us know at hello@scydex.com. Please note that products with alleged technical issues will only be eligible for a refund when sufficient information is provided regarding how the error was created.

When payment is made and access to the service has not been provided in 7 days

If payment has been made and access to the service has not been provided in 7 days, first reach out at hello@scydex.com to ascertain why and if we are unable to provide access to you, your payment will be refunded according to the refund schedule below.

When incomplete information has not been provided

After payment has been made and access has been provided to the information, if the information is incomplete, first reach out to hello@scydex.com to ascertain what the problem is and if we are unable to provide you with the complete information, your payment will be refunded according to the refund schedule below.

When Refunds Do NOT Apply

We are unable to process refunds in the following situations where:

  • You no longer need the purchased service.
  • You don't have sufficient expertise to use the service.
  • You bought our service by accident.
  • You are having trouble accessing the service because your internet is not fast enough, is not stable, or similar issues related to your internet service.
  • You claim the item is experiencing a technical issue, but are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue.
  • Your payment was made over 30 days ago.

Important: All refunds are at our sole discretion.

Refund Schedule

For Monthly Plans

Full refund to be initiated within 7 days of initial subscription or renewal.

Please note: You are entitled to no refunds after 7 days has lapsed after payment was made.

For Yearly Plans

You are entitled to refunds within 30 days of purchase, after the 30 days has lapsed, you will no longer be entitled to any refunds.

The refund amount will be prorated in the following manner, deducting:

  • The equivalent of 1 month's fee, and
  • Any processing or platform costs (e.g., Stripe/Gumroad fees if they aren't reversible).

Please note: After 30 days, refunds are no longer available.

How long do refunds take?

If your refund is approved, processing times depend on your bank or payment provider:

Credit cards: 5–10 business days

PayPal: 3–5 business days

Other payment methods: Up to 20 business days
